Negar is a Costume Designer with more than fifteen years of experience. After studying Theatre at Tehran University of Fine Arts, she developed her skills under the supervision of well-known theatre director Ali Rafie. Through the years, Negar has gained the knowledge and experience to design memorable characters both in the theatre and movie industry.
Her latest costume design in the movie "Universal Language" directed by Matthew Rankin was premiered in 2024 Cannes film festival at Directors’ Fortnight. The movie has won multiple awards and is in the shortlist of 2025 Academy Awards for Best International Movie of the year.
Two times Oscar winner Asghar Farhadi and internationally acclaimed theatre director Amir Reza Koohestani are among many great directors with whom she has collaborated.
